Amidst the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak in the U.S. and across the world, we wanted to communicate information about precautions we are taking at AIROS Medical and provide an update about our business operations.

We are actively monitoring this dynamic situation and following the guidances set forth by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Our team of experienced DME and medical device personnel understands the intricacies of the clinician and patient interaction, from physician in-services to fulfilling scripts to setting up patients inside the home. Our goal is to provide support to our customers and the clinicians and patients they serve during these unprecedented times.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us immediately.

Office Operations & Remote Work Capabilities
Our priority is the safety of AIROS employees and their families. Therefore, many of our employees are working from home through the month of April. We utilize Remote Desktop software, so these employees have full access to files and programs on their office computers.

Our warehouse staff and quality personnel are coming into the office. We have communicated health and safety procedures to all employees, including social distancing practices. We are following the guidelines outlined by the CDC and WHO intended to prevent the spread of viruses and respiratory illnesses, including hand washing, use of disinfectants, and the like.

We are currently set up to provide full business operations. We are fulfilling orders, providing customer service, testing products sent back for RMA review, processing consignment requests, and providing customer support. Pick-up orders are also being processed at our main warehouse, as usual.

Travel
We have canceled all travel plans until further notice. This includes business meetings, conferences, trade shows, and physician/clinician in-services.

Product Availability
We have a substantial supply of devices and garments available at both of our warehouses in Pennsylvania. We are proceeding with our normal supply chain and ordering processes, and do not expect any product shortages.

We are wishing everyone good health and safety during this trying time. If you have questions, please contact us immediately.
